Dele, Researcher of the University of Lapland, Presented an Academic Report (May 28th, 2018)

On May 25th, at the invitation of the institute of Food, Dele researcher of the university of lappland in Finland presented an academic report entitled "double Food and Indigenous" to the teachers and students. The report was presided over by professor qin wen, vice President of the school of food and director of the institute of food processing and safety. Vice President zhang zhiqing and many teachers of the college attended. More than 100 students from different majors listened to the report.


Dele researcher in the report introduced the food safety, food sovereignty and fermented foods in Africa, Asia countries, analysis of food globalisation of food sovereignty, the influence of environment, such as climate change, the emphasis on the development of the local or traditional food need more technological innovation, and from a global perspective to emphasize the importance of traditional food to ensure food sovereignty and important contributions.


In the interactive session, professor Dele had in-depth discussions and exchanges with the teachers and students present on food safety, food biotechnology and how to better solve the problems of food sovereignty.
