Associate Professor Kang Bo from College of Animal Science and Technology has finished his one-year visit in the US Texas A&M University and returned. Kang Bo, under the guidance of Dr. Qinglei Li, completed his study of “Regulating Mechanism of Transforming Growth Factor (TGF) on mouse uterus development and function”. He successfully established TGFβ1,TGFβ3, TGFβ1 &TGFβ3 gene knockout mouse model by using conditional knockout and studied and revealed molecular mechanism of the TGF regulation on mouse uterus development, decidualization and mouse embryonic development.

During his visit, Kang Bo took course for graduates such as “Biomedical Physiology” and “Comparative Endocrine and Physiology” and attended seminars of graduate students in the Veterinary Medicine Biological Science Department. He also participated in the "IFRB Reproductive Biology Seminar" and "TFRS Texas Reproductive Science Forum" and other academic conferences. During his visit, he published 3 SCI papers, 2 CSCD papers.
