Supported by the national international cooperation and exchange program, Hisashi Tsujimoto, professor from Arid Land Research Center (Tottori University, Japan) took a six-day visit in our university.

On October 25, Hisashi Tsujimoto gave a report titled “Mining useful genes of wild species for sustainable wheat production under climate change”.

More than 70 teachers and students attended the report, including professor Zhou Yonghong, dean of the graduate school and Liu Dengcai, director of the Triticeae Research Institute. After the meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on talents cultivation, academic exchanges, resource utilization and other aspects, and explored future cooperation areas and directions.
