On September 26th, at the invitation of the College of Veterinary Medicine(SICAU), Stephen A. Felt, professor of Stanford University, School of Medicine attended the academic forum of innovation team of Ministry of Education, and gave a report under the title of “A One Health Approach to Control Endemic Taenia solium Infection in the Tibetans of Sichuan”. The forum was hosted by professor Yang Guangyou, the head of the Animal Parasitic Diseases Research Center of the College of Veterinary Medicine.

During his visit, accompanied by professor Yang Guangyou, Professor Felt and his students visited the teaching specimen room of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the laboratory of Animal Parasitic Diseases Research Center and had a friendly conversation with the students of the center to discuss the related cooperation issues.
