On September 17th, Animal Nutrition Institute invited James L.Sartin, the editor of Journal of Animal Science( a mainstream magazine in animal husbandry), to give a special talk titled in Surviving the review process：AnEditor’sperspective .This report aims at increasing writing proficiency and the percentage of papers adoption.
