On September 15, Professor Sang-Han Lee from Kyungpook National University of North Korea gave a report “Application of Food Ingredients for Cosmetic Industry”in the meeting room 12-112 at the invitation of College of Life Science.

Professor Lee Sang-Han explained in detail the application of natural products in food and Chinese herbal medicine to the cosmetics industry, and its corresponding molecular mechanisms in anti-skin aging and skin whitening, in particular its beautifying mechanisms in controlling melanin synthesis and decomposition pathway. After the report, Lee Sang-Han and College of Life Science signed the MOU, which would promote their exchanges and cooperation in research projects and the development of the relevant majors in College of Life Science.
