Seven US teachers teaching in our university for Sino-American Cooperative Educational Turfgrass Management Program Sept. 29

From September 2th to 13th, Dr. Nancy Dykema from Michigan State University came to our school and taught the course of “Golf Course Equipment Training" for students of Sino-American Cooperative Educational Turfgrass Management Program, opening the prelude of American teachers’ teaching in our university in the autumn of 2014. According to the cooperation agreement and teaching schedule, there will be seven US teachers coming to our university to teach courses of “Soil Chemistry", "Professional Development", "Golf Rules, Theory, and Personnel", "Turfgrass Entomology" , "Golf Turf Irrigation", "Introduce to Turf Management" and "Turfgrass Breeding" respectively. And throughout the whole semester the courses of "Computer Applications" and "Technical Terminology" courses will be taught on line. It is known that there are 63 students from our university and Beijing Forestry University passing TOEFL and joining the program-based learning.‍
